Web Series of the Week: Fumbling thru the Pieces
Created by Julie A. Smith, this delightfully quirky comedy series is definitely worth watching. It's centered around Ellie (played by One Life to Live's Hillary B. Smith), a psychic who is "fumbling" through life along with her family and friends. The talented cast also includes Robert Maffia, Kelsey Robinson, Tara Chocol Joyce, Kitty Swank and the scene-stealing Diane Delano (Popular, Northern Exposure) as Ellie's neighbor Shara. And joining the show for its current second season is the fabulous Michele Lee (whom I, of course, loved as Karen MacKenzie on Knots Landing) as Ellie's lesbian mother Eleanor and the lovely Bobbie Eakes (All My Children, The Bold and the Beautiful) as Eleanor's new wife - and Ellie's former classmate.
