This week's Dishes are celebrating gay pride at
Out in the Park at Six Flags Great America, the upcoming LGBT event and fundraiser presented by
BestGayChicago.com and vitaminwater®. On Saturday, September 8, 2012, from 9pm - 1am, the park will be closed to the general public for this exclusive private event. Guests will enjoy the music of DJs, Matthew Harvat and Phil DaBeatz, as it is heard live throughout the park. So join LGBT people from Chicago and around the country for a groovy Gay Day and Night at Six Flags Great America (with no long lines for rides after 9 pm).
Tickets purchased in advance are $35 which includes admission to the park all day long, free parking and admission to the private event - and a portion of the advance ticket sales will benefit TPAN (Test Positive Awareness Network). To purchase tickets, go to
www.sixflags.com using promo code OUT2012. And for more information - including bus transportation - go to
gaysixflagschicago.com or check out the event on
Facebook.
Today's Dish is David Costa photographed by Joan Crisol.

I'm not sure I'd ever get off the Carousel, if he were riding the horse beside me...
