The Outs is a Groovy Gay Web Series Worth Watching

Web Series of the Week: The Outs
I love discovering a groovy gay web series - and The Outs is my new favorite. Created by the extremely talented Adam Goldman, this dramedy set in Brooklyn tells the story of two gay guys, Mitchell (Goldman) and Jack (Hunter Canning). The "critically unlaid" Mitchell hangs out with his best friend, Oona (Sasha Winters), while Jack is going through a slutty drug-dealing phase. Goldman, Canning and Winters are all terrific, and the adorable Tommy Heleringer (see above pic) shows up in the second episode as a scruffy young man whom Jack meets one night. It is such a well-written show with engaging characters and a fabulous sense of humor - and I look forward to becoming better acquainted with The Outs.
