Well, at least its trailer is a 10. I got goose bumps while watching it.I'm looking forward to Nine, Rob Marshall's film adaptation of the Tony Award-winning musical, that will be released on November 25. The movie follows the life of film director Guido Contini (Daniel Day-Lewis) as he reaches a creative and personal crisis while balancing the many women in his life, including his wife (Marion Cotillard), his mistress (Penelope Cruz), his film star muse (Nicole Kidman), his confidant and costume designer (Judi Dench), an American fashion journalist (Kate Hudson), the whore from his youth (Fergie) and his mother (Sophia Loren).
However, I just learned today that another 9 is coming out in September. This one is an animated action/adventure film produced by Tim Burton. Hopefully people won't confuse Nine with 9 and vice versa, but if they do, perhaps the experience will broaden their horizons.
